Noorture provides services, education, and counseling that fuses the evidence-based sciences of maternal and early childhood health and well-being with the richness of our Islamic tradition to help parents not only nurture their children, but to noorture themselves and their little ones starting from the moment they enter into the world.

For anyone caring for a baby or young child — parents and parents-to-be, aunts and uncles, grandparents, teachers, students, and care providers.

Three ways to work together

Consultations

A private space to talk through what you're actually facing. Bring your situation, and we'll work through it together — the emotional and psychological side of caring for a young child, held with both clinical experience and faith.

Private Class

A private session on one topic, taught with slides, with time for your questions. Birth, breastfeeding, bonding with your baby — practical knowledge, taught the Noorture way.

Circles

Twelve weeks with a small group of caregivers, meeting on Zoom. Connect, reflect, recharge, and draw on the wisdom of the Quran and each other.

Coming to the circle helps bring clarity to the issue I'm having in my life.

It feels like a true support group with my sisters because even though we did not know each other from before, the space feels safe enough to open up and share honestly.
