Privacy

The short version

This site does not have accounts, does not track you, and does not sell anything about you. The only information it collects is what you type into a form and send on purpose.

What this site collects

When you submit the booking, contact, or waitlist form, we receive what you entered — typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you chose to write. It is used to reply to you and to arrange what you asked about. Nothing else on the site collects information about you.

There is no advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking, and no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.

What happens elsewhere

Circles are sold and run on Podia, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you join a Circle you leave this site, and Podia handles your account, your payment, and your access to the community and the recordings. Payments are never processed on this site, and card details never reach it.

What we keep, and for how long

Messages you send are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the arrangement. Waitlist entries are kept until the Circle you asked about has run, or until you ask to be removed.

Health information

Noorture consultations are consultation and education rather than medical care, and these forms are not a medical record system. Please do not send detailed health information through the website. Anything sensitive is better raised in the session itself.

Your choices

You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hoda@noorture.com and it will be handled.

Children

This site is intended for adults caring for children. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
