Who you are dealing with

These terms apply to Noorture LLC and to the services described on this site: consultations, private classes, and Circles.

What these services are — and are not

Consultations and private classes are consultation and education. They do not create a provider–patient relationship, they are not a substitute for care from your own clinician, and nothing said in them is a diagnosis or a prescription.

A Circle is a group support and learning space, not therapy and not clinical care. If something is urgent, contact your own clinician or your local emergency number rather than waiting for a session.

Booking and payment

• The introductory call is free.
• An initial consultation is $250; a follow-up is $195.
• A private class is $195 per family.
• A Circle is $150 for 12 weeks, or3 monthly payments of$50.

Circles are sold through Podia, and Podia's own terms cover that purchase, the payment, and your access to the Circle. Consultations and classes are arranged directly.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Life with a small child does not run to a schedule, and the intention here is to be reasonable. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move a session, and it will be moved.

Gifts

A gifted Circle is redeemable against any open Circle and does not expire. Fulfilment is handled personally — see the gift pagefor how it works.

Recordings and materials

Slides, recordings, and other materials are for the person or family who booked, and are not for redistribution. Circle recordings and files stay available to members through Podia after the cohort has finished.

Confidentiality in a group

A Circle only works because people speak honestly. What is shared in a Circle stays in that Circle.
