Introductory call
Free
A short call to work out whether this is the right fit, and what you'd want out of a full session. No charge, and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Consultations
A private space to talk through what you're actually facing — the emotional and psychological side of caring for a young child, held with both clinical experience and faith.
We meet on Zoom or FaceTime, wherever you are, with your baby on you if that's how the hour has to go. You talk, and I listen properly — not to the first minute of it while I decide what to tell you.
Then we work through it. Sometimes that's untangling what's actually happening from what you've been told is happening. Sometimes it's permission to stop doing something that isn't working. Often it's both, and often the thing underneath is not the thing you booked about.
You'll leave with something you can do this week, not a reading list.
Parents and parents-to-be, and anyone else doing the caring — aunts and uncles, grandparents, teachers, students, and care providers. Families and new parents are welcome to book together; that's the same consultation, not a different product.
You do not need to arrive with a crisis, and you do not need to have tried everything first.

$250
The first full session. Long enough to get the whole picture — the history, what you've already tried, and what is actually going on underneath — and to leave with a plan.
$195
For after the first session, when things have moved and you want to think it through again. Book them as you need them; there is no package to commit to.
Looking for a taught session on one topic instead — birth, breastfeeding, bonding? That's a Private Class. In a consultation you bring the situation; in a class, Hoda brings the curriculum.
Tell me a little about what's going on and when you're usually free. I'll come back with times.
