I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to quality care and information. Please inform me during this intro consultation so that we can work out something affordable for your family.

This 90 minute session consists of a thorough intake, assessments, and an action plan that we will develop together. More importantly, it is a time for us to check in on how YOU are doing. It is a space for you to ask questions, share what is on your mind, and to process what you are experiencing in your heart. Please only schedule this time after we have had the free 15 minute consultation together.

This 60 minute session is a time to check in on progress since the initial meeting, ask additional questions, or just provide a space for you to share and process what is on your mind or in your heart.
Looking for a taught session on one topic instead — birth, breastfeeding, bonding? That's a Private Class. In a consultation you bring the situation; in a class, Hoda brings the curriculum.
