A season of feeding your baby, held with people doing the same thing at the same time. Each meeting starts with what has come up during the week, and moves into one part of feeding in depth — with a lactation consultant in the room.

You do not need to arrive with a problem, and you do not need to have it figured out. Bring the week you have had.

What we cover

  • Latch, positioning, and the mechanics nobody explains properly
  • Supply — what actually affects it, and what only sounds like it does
  • Feeding a baby who will not feed, and what to do at 3am
  • Weaning, when you are ready and when your baby is
  • A group of caregivers going through it at the same time as you

It feels like a true support group with my sisters because even though we did not know each other from before, the space feels safe enough to open up and share honestly.
